What is it?
Auckland offers visitors an exciting range of activities and experiences. The Auckland MULTIPASS is the best, most cost effective way to experience some of Auckland’s leading attractions.
Auckland MULTIPASS card offers visitors entry into Kelly Tarltons Antarctic Encounter and Underwater World, entry into Rainbows End Theme Park, a journey to the main observation deck of the Sky Tower and a harbour cruise with Fullers Cruises – all for the one low price of $99 for an adult or $59 for a child!

How to Buy
The best and easiest way of purchasing an Auckland MULTIPASS is from this website. We will then send your card to you. You can also purchase an Auckland MULTIPASS on site at any of the four attractions or from a participating i-SITE visitor information centre.
How does it work?
Once you have purchased an Auckland MULTIPASS card you simply present the card at the entrance to each attraction. The attraction will swipe the card through their EFTPOS terminal just like any bank debit or credit card and it is as simple as that!

How long does my pass last for?
Each pass is valid for three months from the date you first use it at an attraction.
Can I use my pass at an attraction more than once?
The Auckland Multipass is valid for entry to each of the four attractions only once.
How much does it cost?
An adult Multipass is $99 and a child Multipass is $59. All prices are GST inclusive.
How much do I save?
An Auckland Multipass will save you $27.50 for an adult pass and $12.30 for a child pass on the individual entry prices to the attractions

Do students or senior citizens get a discount?
There are no further discounts on the Auckland Multipass.

I didn’t make it to one or more of the attractions. Can I get a refund for those attractions I didn’t visit?
The Auckland Multipass is sold as a packaged product and is not refundable in part or in whole. However, the pass is valid for three months from first usage at an attraction, so you may be able to use it again on your next trip to Auckland if you return within the timeframe. The Auckland Multipass will not be replaced or refunded in the event of loss or non-usage.

Can I check which attractions I have visited?
Yes you can. On the back of your Auckland Multipass card is a reference number which can be entered on this website. Click here for card information then enter the card number and it will show you where you have visited and what you have yet to see.
What age group constitutes a child pass?
A child is deemed as a person aged 5 to 14 years old. If you are over 14 years you will require an adult pass. The attractions may require age identification to be presented before allowing entry.
Is a child under five years allowed free into the attractions?
Currently chidren under 5 are free to enter Fullers and the Sky Tower. The Rainbow's End charges are:
- Children (2-13 years) $35.00
Castle Pass (2 - 5 yrs) $16.00
Children under the age of four are free to enter Kelly Tarlton’s and the cost for those four years and over is $15.80.
What about family packages offered at the attractions?
The Auckland Multipass is a packaged product based on the full retail rates of each attraction for adults and children. All four attractions are owned and operated by independent organisations. Periodically each organisation may offer different family admission rates - depending on the mix of adults and children - which we have no control over. Any family package put together by an attraction is independent and done entirely at the organisation’s discretion. The Auckland Multipass represents extremely good value for money. We cannot accept any responsibility for any other packaged products offered in the market.
What time do the attractions open?
Operating hours for all attractions can be found by viewing the websites of the four attractions.
What happens if I lose my card?
Unfortunately the Auckland Multipass is not refundable and no replacement cards can be offered in the event of loss.
