- The Auckland MULTIPASS entitles the holder to admission to all four of the attractions once. A card cannot be used for entry into a single attraction more than once.
- Upon presentation of the card at an attraction site the attraction will swipe the card through their EFTPOS terminal and deduct a pre-determined value from the card. A receipt will be issued to the card holder and entry will be granted
- The card holder is bound by the terms and conditions of entry at each attraction. Each attraction reserves the right to deny entry to a card holder if they do not adhere to the standard operating terms and conditions of that attraction.
- All passes are valid for three months from the first day of usage at any of the attraction sites. After the MULTIPASS card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined and any outstanding balance will be forfeited.

- The Auckland MULTIPASS is a non-refundable product and no replacement cards will be issued in the event of loss or destruction. No portion or individual attraction admission will be refunded in the event of an attraction not being visited.
- The MULITPASS card may not be redeemed for cash
- Holders of the Auckland MULTIPASS card recognize and accept that they visit any attraction voluntarily and entirely at their own risk. Tourism Auckland as manager of the product cannot accept any liability or responsibility for accidents or incidents at any of the attractions.
- The MULTIPASS card will be loaded with a pre-determined value
- A MULTIPASS card cannot be used to purchase another MULTIPASS card. The bearer of the MULTIPASS card may not consolidate the balances of several MULTIPASS cards onto a new MULTIPASS card
- Whilst we have used all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate, we shall not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or inconvenience caused, in whole or in part, by reliance upon such information and the user of the information does so at his or her own risk.
- Auckland MULTIPASS is a stand alone product that cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand goods and services tax at 12.5%.
- A child pass is available for persons aged between 5 and 15 years of age. Each attraction reserves the right to request identification to verify that a child pass holder is between the ages of 5 and 14 years of age.
- MULTIPASS cards will be void and non-redeemable if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way.
