Can I check which attractions I have visited?

Yes you can. On the back of your Auckland Multipass card is a reference number which can be entered on this website. Click here for card information then enter the card number and it will show you where you have visited and what you have yet to see.

How does it work?

Once you have purchased an Auckland Multipass card you simply present the card at the entrance to each attraction. The attraction will swipe the card through their EFTPOS terminal just like any debit or credit card and it is as simple as that.

Further information about the terms and conditions of the pass can be viewed by clicking here.

The Auckland Multipass is sold as a packaged product and is not refundable in part or in whole. However, the pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, so you may be able to use it again on your next trip to Auckland if you return within the timeframe. The Auckland Multipass will not be replaced or refunded in the event of loss or non-usage.

Does the pass enable me to do all the rides on Rainbow’s End as well as entry?

Who is behind the Auckland Multipass?

The Auckland Multipass is managed by Auckland Tourism, Events & Economic Development (ATEED).

What age group constitutes a child pass?

A child is deemed as a person aged five to 14 years. If you are over 14 years of age you will require an adult pass. The attractions may require age identification to be presented before allowing entry.

What about family packages offered at the attractions?

The Auckland Multipass is a packaged product based on the full retail rates of each attraction for adults and children. All five attractions are owned and operated by independent organisations. Periodically each organisation may offer different family admission rates - depending on the mix of adults and children - which we have no control over.

Any family package put together by an attraction is independent and done entirely at the organisation’s discretion. The Auckland Multipass represents extremely good value for money. We cannot accept any responsibility for any other packaged products offered in the market.
